Lever, Inc. is seeking a field collections agent in Lampung, Indonesia. The role requires visiting delinquent Tunaiku customers by motorcycle, negotiating settlements, and minimizing billing risks to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate owns a motorcycle with SIM C and STNK, knows the local area, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School.
• Own a motorcycle and valid SIM C with active STNK.
• Familiar with the local area around domicilie/location.
• Experience visiting customers for installments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct visits for collection to Tunaiku customers in arrears.
• Investigate and locate Tunaiku customers in arrears.
• Negotiate settlements of arrears.
• Minimize risks in the billing process.
• Achieve set targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external units to execute strategies and meet targets.

Job Description

• Conducting visits for collection to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears in their respective buckets.
• Conducting investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers who are in arrears.
• Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
• Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
• Responsible for achieving the set targets.
• Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.
