Field Auditor (Project based)

Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity across various operational areas. This involves monitoring branch security compliance, reviewing stock movement processes, and conducting independent physical stock counts. You will also verify accounts receivable (AR) validity through customer visits, perform daily collection reconciliation reviews, and check on AR follow-up process compliance. Additionally, you will conduct surprise cash counts, review expenses, investigate potential fraud cases, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Job Description:

• Check and monitor branch security compliance
• Document compliance status and report any deviations
• Monitor and review stock movement processes
• Check on stock accuracy
• Conduct regular visits to customers to verify accounts receivable (AR) validity
• Confirm outstanding balances and payment terms
• Check on physical cash existence as per allocated balance
• Ensure expenses are properly documented and justified
• Detect and investigate potential fraud cases
• Gather and analyze evidence
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective actions

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Must be ready to travel extensively and be relocated upon request by the company
