Job description

Provide pre- or post-sales product or service support, and resolve product performance or service problems.

Develop and deliver compelling product presentation or application insights to prospective or existing customers.

Maintain and improve technical knowledge on Genetika Science portfolios.

Design and execute proof-of-concept studies or demo experiment to highlight product capabilities.

Generate leads or business opportunity through collaboration with sales and marketing team.

Identify customer’s potential demand and current product or service interest.

Support key initiatives from sales and marketing team.

Qualifications:

Have a degree in a life-science related field, such as Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and such.

Strong communication skills and able to explain complex scientific methods to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Understanding of good laboratory practices and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skill and adaptability.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) for on-site support, training, and troubleshoot.

Nice to have:

• Have experience with cell culture research and its related disciplines.
• Have experience with omics data analysis and their application in life science research.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
