Job summary

JAPFA is seeking production operators in Indonesia’s Ngawi area to perform daily food manufacturing tasks in line with SOPs. You will process, pack, clean, and sanitize while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

You will monitor processes, report deviations, and document daily production data, contributing to a smooth, efficient operation with a strong teamwork ethos. The role offers hands-on exposure to a large agribusiness footprint and opportunities to grow within a global network

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily food manufacturing operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine tasks such as processing, packing, cleaning, and sanitation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
• Observe and report abnormalities in process, quality, or equipment.
• Record daily operational data as required.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth food manufacturing operations.
