• Develop, maintain, and optimize final test processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Perform correlation between engineering and production test setups.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support NPI activities including test bring-up, characterization, and qualification.
• Drive test time reduction and cost of test optimization.
• Maintain test documentations, specifications, and SOPs.
