FB Supervisor

About the role

At Senayan Golf Club, we are seeking a talented and experienced FB Supervisor to join our thriving hospitality team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. Based in the heart of Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a leading golf and leisure destination.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff
2. Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction are consistently maintained
3. Overseeing the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to members and guests
4. Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing the department's budget
5. Implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and safety standards
6. Providing training and development opportunities for the team
7. Analysing sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
8. Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless and integrated guest experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry
2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Proficient in inventory management and cost control
5. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and safety standards
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experience
