About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven FB Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Vega Hotel (Tangerang) in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the food and beverage sales efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing training, coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and customer preferences
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively pursue new leads to expand the customer base
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed decisions
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes within the hotel
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
