A leading hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee department operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong operational and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as F&B Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
