The Food and Beverage Manager functions as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring all outlets operate successfully, are profitable, and meet hotel standards.

Qualifications

Ideally holds a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an F&B Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation. Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential. Banqueting experience is an asset.
