Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager for a client, a Start-Up Poultry Distribution Company in Jakarta.

You will manage accounting, tax, payroll, reporting, compliance, and daily finance operations to ensure accurate, timely month-end closing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, hands-on ERP experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills to lead a small finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Strong experience in Indonesian accounting and taxation.
• Hands-on ERP/accounting system experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet closing deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting entries, AR/AP, payments, reimbursements, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
• Manage monthly tax compliance: PPN, WHT, Article 21/23/4(2), and Corporate Income Tax and SP2DK.
• Review tax invoices and coordinate with tax advisors/authorities.
• Oversee employee payroll, payroll tax, and statutory payments.
• Monitor financing, cash flow, outstanding AR, and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Business teams, auditors, banks, and vendors.
• Resolve finance-related issues and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Supervise and support the finance team.
