Job summary

PT Citius Solusi Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, solution-focused service, share product information, and respond to inquiries at the checkout. The role involves organizing shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean store environment while meeting team targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail.
Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations.
Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns).
Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures.
Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy.
Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards.
