Fashion Representative (Customer Service)
  • Handle customer inquiries, styling advice, and product suggestions through online chat interaction.
  • Provide personalized fashion consultations to help clients select products that match their lifestyle, preferences, and occasions.
  • Build strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service and ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Monitor sales flow, product availability, and stock to ensure smooth customer transactions.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed in line with brand standards and seasonal trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product launches, and brand stories to deliver knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to continuously improve service and product offerings.
  • Uphold Luxehouze’s brand values by embodying elegance, hospitality, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering a luxury shopping experience.
  • Willing to work in shifts and/or weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and luxury brand products.
  • Background in hospitality or luxury customer service is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for client engagement (e.g., WhatsApp, email, social media, online chat).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
