Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to design innovative fashion items and garment patterns.
• Analyze current fashion trends to develop relevant and appealing collections.
• Translate design sketches into production-ready technical patterns and drafts.
• Actively contribute to the design process, from mood boards to final product execution.
• Ensure high-quality standards and aesthetic consistency across all designs.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or higher in Fashion Design, Textile Art, or Visual Communication Design — strong portfolios are also welcome.
• Solid understanding of fashion trends, fabric types, and design techniques.
• Ability to transform creative concepts into technical garment patterns.
• Strong attention to color and detail (color accuracy is a must).
• Proactive, independent, and an excellent team player.
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Solo – Central Java.
