Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a university fashion design student to assist in crafting collection concepts, mood boards, and design sketches for upcoming lines. You will prepare technical drawings and tech packs, select fabrics, and collaborate with pattern makers to develop samples that meet standards, while monitoring quality and aligning designs with market preferences and price targets.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in university (Fashion Design preferred).
• Able to create fashion sketches by hand and digitally.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CLO 3D.

• Research fashion trends, materials, and market preferences to develop collection concepts.
• Prepare technical drawings and tech packs to communicate design specifications.

Job description

Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure designs align with target market preferences and selling price targets.

Requirements

Currently enrolled university student, preferably majoring in Fashion Design.

Proficient in creating fashion sketches manually and digitally.

Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CLO 3D software.
