A leading department store chain in Indonesia is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for driving profitability and brand visibility. The successful candidate will orchestrate promotional campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze market trends in this pivotal role within a dynamic team environment.
Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability for consignment brands.
Plan and execute in-store promotional activities, brand activations, seasonal campaigns, and offline events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and achieving desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consignment vendors, facilitating innovative marketing ideas.
Qualifications and Skills:
7+ years of experience in related fields with a minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Experience in brand marketing or merchandising, preferably in consignment or fashion brands.
Strong strategic thinking with a creative approach to marketing initiatives.
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in budget management and optimizing marketing resources.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
