Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and maintaining resource pool testing users.

Responsible for recruiting fan users for new product fan trials, organizing fan trial activities, and maintaining and closing fan trials during the mass production maintenance phase.

Responsible for monitoring and improving user activity, problem feedback, and upgrade rates.

Cooperate to organize and recycle user-specific experience activities and experience results.

Cooperate to improve the overall fan operation system.

Collaborate with tool development to continuously improve user tools and front-end and back-end systems.

Conduct a review and summary of fan trials, and continuously improve them in the next work.
