Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta features 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded Sky Suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square-meter Grand Ballroom.

Job Description

As a Fairmont Gold Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to guests in the Fairmont Gold, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to the needs of high-profile guests, offering a welcoming and sophisticated environment where they can relax, dine, and enjoy exclusive services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:

• Greet guests upon arrival in the Fairmont Gold and ensure a warm, personalized, and professional welcome.
• Provide attentive, tailored service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of discretion, ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering recommendations or adjustments based on their requests.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Fairmont Gold, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Set up and replenish food and beverage offerings throughout the day, including breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
• Work closely with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Concierge, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a lounge, concierge, or guest service role.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation and luxury service standards.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure.
• A professional demeanor, with a polished appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
