As they expand the operations in Indonesia, they are seeking an experienced Production Director/ Assistant Factory Manager to optimize production processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Redesign and optimize the end-to-end production workflow to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.

Ensure product quality meets international standards and deadlines are strictly adhered to.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, logistics, QA, maintenance) to streamline operations.

Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high productivity and sustainability.

Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and introduce continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor local staff to improve skills and operational standards.

Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of experience in production management, preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing.

Candidates with experience working in Indonesia will be highly preferred. (not a must)

Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process optimization.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.

Open to Hong Kong, Chinese, or Indonesian applicants willing to relocate/be based in Indonesia.
