Job Description

As a Factory Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations within the factory.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality control.

  • Collaborating with the Factory Manager to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of factory equipment and machinery.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing the factory budget and cost-effectively allocating resources.
  • Reporting on factory performance and implementing necessary changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Factory Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a factory setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
