Job summary

A leading company in Jakarta seeks a Production Manager responsible for enhancing production systems and optimizing workflow in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in electricity meter and water meter production, and possesses strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in electricity and water meter industries.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Indonesian, and preferably Chinese.

Job description

Job responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for establishing and improving the production management system, reviewing the department's production plan, controlling and supervising, and ensuring the completion of production tasks;

2. Promote lean production, continuous improvement and increase per capita output;

3. Comprehensively responsible for inspecting, supervising and guiding subordinate departments to improve work performance and continuously optimize work flow;

4. Improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve inventory turnover;

5. Implement safety management and improve working conditions;

6. Solve production, local supply chain assurance, government relationship maintenance, and overall operation management.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of manufacturing experience, production management experience in electricity meter and water meter manufacturing industry is preferred;

2. Strong pressure resistance, 0-1 factory building experience is preferred;

3. Fluent in English and Indonesian, able to conduct business communication and negotiation without barriers, fluent in Chinese is preferred.
