Factory Data Analyst

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing factory data using data analytics tools.
• Creating reports and visualizations to support production and operational decision-making.
• Ensuring seamless data integration within the manufacturing ecosystem (ERP, WMS, MES) to enhance communication, reduce inefficiencies, and enable real-time monitoring.
• Generating actionable insights to improve production efficiency, resource utilization, and overall factory performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align data-driven strategies with manufacturing goals.
• Preferably having experience in the manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Preferably have experience in the manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industry.
• Proficiency in data analytic tools (SQL, Metabase, and Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with data integration in manufacturing ecosystems.
• Willing to be placed in the modinity's factory in Pulogadung.
