Job description

Plan, execute, and evaluate the factory construction project according to the strict deadline, quality of work, and budget.

Acquiring resources and coordinating team members, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

Propose ideas to the board of directors to produce concepts, schematics, and detailed projects, and report progress frequently.

Lead the project management team to ensure the project runs smoothly based on the plan.

Check and develop criteria for selecting contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and other vendors.

Monitor and control the database of material prices, wages, and active employment on the site.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Ability to plan and control the process of construction management (scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, QC, and project management).

Able to coordinate with owners regarding control and monitoring consultants' and contractors' work.

Target-oriented, with leadership skills, problem-solving, and integrity.

At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required skills: Civil Engineering, Project Management.

Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
