A leading fitness organization in Tangerang is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of their sports and fitness club. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing similar facilities, a strong understanding of the fitness industry, and proven leadership skills. You will be responsible for enhancing member satisfaction, ensuring compliance with health standards, and driving continuous improvement strategies.

Job description

Overseeing the daily operations of the sports and fitness club (Ex: Scheduling)

Developing and implementing effective procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction

Monitoring and analyzing club performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to attract and retain members

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Identifying and implementing new services, equipment, and amenities to meet the evolving needs of our members

Coordinate with External parties (Properties Management or Vendor) for defect at outlet area

What we're looking for

Proven experience (5+ years) in managing sports, fitness, or recreational facilities (Managerial Level)

Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, staff, and stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Proficiency in analyzing data, setting KPIs, and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth

A passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Relevant certifications or qualifications in sports, fitness, or facility management (desirable)
