Overview

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities on the client's site, specifically the building facilities, such as offices, and supporting areas. Manage day-to-day operational concerns, ensuring safety, security, housekeeping, receptionist duties, and the maintenance of equipment and supplies. Become the leader of the facilities operations team, including the engineering team, vendors, or other parties, by guiding and supervising their activities. Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, security, housekeeping, receptionist duties, and equipment and supplies maintenance.
  • Lead facilities operations team, including engineering teams, vendors, and other parties, by guiding and supervising activities.
  • Maintain service levels for service contracts and vendors.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, including managerial roles overseeing facilities operations in a 24x7 environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in the English language.
  • Good personal and interpersonal skills.
  • An organized person and a team player.
  • Demonstrate managerial and leadership skills.
