A leading global real estate services company is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager in Jakarta to oversee maintenance, manage daily operations, and lead a diverse team. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture and 6 years of experience in facilities management, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities on the client's site, specifically the building facilities, such as offices, and supporting areas. Manage day-to-day operational concerns, ensuring safety, security, housekeeping, receptionist duties, and the maintenance of equipment and supplies. Become the leader of the facilities operations team, including the engineering team, vendors, or other parties, by guiding and supervising their activities. Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate.
