Overview

Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs. Managing and directing team. Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures related to FM responsibilities. Managing budget as per commercial model. Managing institution related to facility management such as sub-contractor. Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports. Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. Follow thru to any inquiries and solving any facility services problems or issues. Responsible for continuous monitoring and optimization of the facility performance. This could include provide solution. Managing facility asset such as inventorying, updating, maintaining, and disposal if needed. Responsible for people management include team’s competencies, individual performance and development. Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily workandtheir work area within the organization. Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn’t involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work.

• Managing facility assets such as inventorying, updating, maintaining, and disposal if needed.
• People management including team competencies, individual performance and development.
• Health, safety & environment implementation in daily work and work area within the organization.
• Ensuring subordinates do not engage in anti-bribery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years’ experience as Facility Manager/Facility Management.
• More than 5 years’ experience handling MEP/Electrical/HVAC/Chiller/Boiler jobs.
• At least 3 years practitioner experience as Building Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent English language spoken as well as written.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and building codes.
• Excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with new technology.
• Strong experience in managing financial performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyze critically.
• Ability to build strong cooperation with internal and external parties.
• Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptable to changes.
• Greenship Professional Certification preferred.
• BOMA Certification preferred.
