Implement "Take-2" (or safety check) for the regular and irregular jobs, including safety working assessment (including third party).
Follow company's safety regulations, such as ensuring safety working permit on hand before working (including third party), monitor safety standard implementation by initiating safety checks for the regular and irregular jobs, and assist in conducting safety assessments with third parties to ensure quality of the work and safety implementation at all areas under Facility Management.
Implement 5S at all working areas.
Control and run all equipment and facility under Facility Management as applied procedure.
Conduct regular and daily checks based on applied procedure and daily shift instruction from Reporting Manager.
Implement Working Instructions to all equipment and facility under Facility Management.
Conduct preventive maintenance based on schedule, and corrective actions based on received Work Orders and instructions from Reporting Manager.
Manage consumable stock control and maintenance of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide suggestions for each mechanical and electrical issue that occurs.
Implement regular energy consumption monitoring check sheets and controls.
Improve energy management by implementing energy-saving initiatives.
Execute, control, and record all approved Work Orders by Facility Management Manager from other departments as required for quality and time.
