Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee surface production facility projects. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and at least 5 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include managing project execution, liaising with regulatory bodies, and planning maintenance and operations activities. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years experience in O&G industry, especially in Surface Facilities.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Coordinator or 1 year as Manager in Operations/Facility Engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry programs and regulations.

• Manage and control all projects related to surface production facility.
• Liaise with SKK Migas for AFE approval/revision/close-out.
• Plan maintenance, operations and production activities at the company field.

Job description

Manages and controls all projects related to surface production facility.

Manages all discipline facilities engineers in order to support operations issue and the execution of the projects.

Manages preparation of POD, FEED, AFA, AFC, AFE and its Close-Out report, PIS, PPP and WP&B.

Liaises with SKK Migas for AFE approval/revision/close-out, PIS, PPP and WP&B.

Planning maintenance, operations and production activities at the company field.

Preparing the scope of work and Owner Estimate for procurement daily activity.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Physical Engineering from reputable University

Minimum of 12 years experience in O&G industry especially in Surface Facilities.

Minimum of 5 years experience as Coordinator or 1 years as Manager in Operations/Facility Engineering.

Comprehensive knowledge of POD, AFE, PIS/PPP, WP&B, AFE Closed-Out

Knowledge in Migas Regulation related to CoI and PLO
