JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, adjustment, and continuous upkeep of our building and utilities. We value creativity and problem-solving, and we seek someone who is eager to contribute to ongoing improvements and ensure seamless operations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing electrical, machining, and equipment repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Troubleshooting issues and conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Following Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensuring accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
  • Assisting with the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new or existing equipment.
  • Repairing and maintaining support equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reviewing plans, preparing materials lists, and estimating costs for upcoming electrical projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An associate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting, including WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) systems.
  • Experience with building maintenance, utilities, fire protection systems, and general troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of electrical operations, mechanical systems, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) maintenance.
  • Familiarity with sewage treatment plant operations and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and chemical process maintenance, including paint, plating, and anodizing lines.
