SALTLICK in Bali is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain and ensure smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and civil works within the restaurant. This role is critical to keeping facilities safe, efficient, and in peak condition for an exceptional guest experience.

You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, manage HVAC and plumbing, oversee civil works, and maintain records.
