Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Food and Beverage Waiter/ess with a strong background and experience in food and beverage server or waiter/ess especially in Japanese Restaurant style, strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Food and Beverage Waiter/ess will be responsible for providing guests with all services and assistance connected with their dining experience.

Key responsibilities:

Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

  • Responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships.
  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items.
  • To take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established service sequence.
  • Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations
  • Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel / 5 (five) star hotel
  • Strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent knowledge of menu items and presentation standards.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
