The F&B Team Leader will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
Qualifications
  • Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible schedule, be a team player, and a dynamic leader.
  • Must have open availability and be able to work any shift, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
