Our client is a Retail company. Currently, they are looking for F&B Product Buyer Development Manager (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

Organize a team to complete the development of Food & Beverage (F&B) products based on the company's product positioning and category planning.

Develop and maintain high-quality suppliers both domestically and internationally, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.

Establish a good procurement channel based on key domestic and international procurement destinations.

Responsible for supplier maintenance and management, promoting cost optimization of goods; Pay attention to the rationality of procurement plans and timely control inventory and quality supervision.

Responsible for category operation planning and category structure optimization, promoting sales improvement.

Responsible for cultivating team members and developing a product management and teaching system for the output system.

Internal coordination and process development of various departments to ensure efficient integration of departmental work.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.

High Conversational Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency.

Min. 5 years of procurement/buyer, new product development, and supplier sourcing for Food and drink products such as Snack, Dry-fruits, Sparking water etc... with at least 2 years experience as Supervisor or managing subordinates.

Proficiency in Excel and numerical analysis, margin and profitability.

Have good communication and negotiation skills, and possess good professional ethics.

Willing to work in BSD in the future (relocation).
