Summary: The FB Outlets Manager is responsible for the overall administration and operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high and consistent service standards aligned with Hilton policies. The role involves leading the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain an elegant environment with superior staff dedicated to attentive, distinctive dining experiences.
  2. Hire, train, supervise, and discipline outlet staff.
  3. Maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with guests.
  4. Manage outlet operations effectively, including reservations, seating, and service standards.
  5. Ensure all team members demonstrate correct service techniques across meal periods.
  6. Anticipate and manage materials, supplies, and equipment needs.
  7. Monitor physical facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.
  8. Prepare staff schedules balancing service quality and labor costs.
  9. Coordinate with other departments and the Chef on menus, marketing, and guest feedback.
  10. Ensure a safe working environment and handle guest complaints professionally.
  11. Manage inventories, control costs, and oversee payroll and budgets.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff for advancement.
  13. Maintain comprehensive communication logs and participate in meetings.
  14. Promote teamwork, guest relations, and handle emergencies appropriately.
  15. Utilize hotel computer systems for operations and reporting.
  16. Forecast staffing needs and manage costs effectively.
  17. Develop and review job descriptions, enforce policies, and improve employee performance.
  18. Maintain quality standards, control costs, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  19. Monitor and reduce waste, maintain inventory accuracy, and control expenses.
  20. Assist in financial reporting, including profit and loss analysis and budget preparation.
  21. Participate in human resources activities such as interviews, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  22. Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Management or supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Ability to meet financial targets and comply with brand standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Grooming standards and a passion for guest service are essential.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
