Summary:

The F&B Outlets Manager oversees the operation of all F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards and effective management. The role involves leading the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an elegant environment with superior staff dedicated to exceptional service.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and discipline outlet staff.
  • Ensure friendly and unobtrusive guest interactions.
  • Manage outlet operations effectively, including reservations, service techniques, and supplies.
  • Control food and beverage costs, manage inventories, and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare staff schedules balancing service quality and labor costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments and the Chef on menus, marketing, and guest feedback.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and handle emergencies appropriately.
  • Forecast covers, revenue, and staffing needs; develop staff for advancement.
  • Handle payroll, performance evaluations, and staff development.
  • Maintain knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and process guest walkouts.
  • Utilize hotel systems for reservations, billing, and reports.
  • Develop strategies to meet departmental goals and control expenses.
  • Review and update job descriptions; ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor quality, sanitation, dress code, and employee conduct.
  • Control costs, manage inventories, and maintain profit and loss awareness.
