Job summary

Regent Bali in Bali's Canggu area seeks an experienced F&B Marketing Manager to lead marketing for restaurants and bars at a pre-opening level, blending informal charm with luxury service.

You will manage the annual marketing plan, coordinate menu translations, branding, and collateral, plus coordinate photoshoots, partnerships, and KOL visits across the island.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with the R&B team, and a passion for dining trends in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality marketing & pre-opening projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate R&B marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage yearly marketing plan for Restaurant & Bars and execute activities.
• Coordinate R&B menus including edits, translation, printing.
• Oversee in-house marketing collateral and brand standards.
• Interact with guests daily to promote on-site F&B offerings.
• Coordinate photography and video shoots for F&B.
• Develop partnerships to add value.
• Plan KOL visits and brief teams.
• Act as island advocate for restaurants & bars.
• Stay ahead of dining trends domestically and internationally.
• Use guest feedback to drive trends; monitor industry and competitors.
• Lead guest review channels and drive ratings.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Handle group reservations and meetings/events if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Consolidate F&B weekly & monthly MKR reports.
