As a Food and Beverage Manager (FBM), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field; additional certifications in F&B management are a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, menu planning, and cost control.
• Proficient in using F&B management tools and MS Office.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the kitchen team, aligning with guest preferences and trends.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
