Eye Health Operator

We are an international AI company listed in Hong Kong, specializing in cutting-edge AI-driven eye health solutions. As we expand our operations in Indonesia, we are looking for a dedicated Local Eye Health Operator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain AI-powered eye health equipment.
2. Provide technical training and user guidance for customers.
3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and ensure smooth equipment operation.
4. Coordinate with the technical team to diagnose and resolve system issues.
5. Perform routine maintenance and software updates to optimize system performance.
6. Collect and report customer feedback to support product improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during installation and operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a medical, biomedical engineering, optometry, IT, or a related technical field or Optometrist. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Local Indonesian candidates are preferred. Basic proficiency in English and in Chinese is a plus.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in both technical and operational aspects.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
