A leading company is seeking a dynamic professional for the role focused on regulatory affairs and external stakeholder engagement. This position involves monitoring government policies, coordinating public consultations, and fostering relationships with relevant authorities to support the company's strategic goals in Indonesia.
Monitor, analyze, and report on regulatory developments, government policies, and legislative changes affecting the company's business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government ministries, agencies, and regulatory bodies at both national and local levels.
Coordinate and support company participation in public consultations, regulatory hearings, or government-initiated programs.
Facilitate permits, licenses, or compliance processes by liaising with appropriate authorities.
External Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including business associations, NGOs, chambers of commerce, and media partners (if applicable).
Represent the company in external meetings, forums, and public affairs events.
Identify partnership opportunities with external organizations that align with company goals.
Maintain a stakeholder database and manage proactive communication to build long-term goodwill.
Internal Coordination & Support
Collaborate with legal, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in external messaging and public positioning.
Provide regular briefings and strategic input to senior management regarding political, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Prepare official letters, government submissions, talking points, and presentation materials for executives.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of all engagements, correspondence, and meeting notes with external parties and authorities.
Prepare monthly or quarterly reports summarizing key issues, risks, and progress on external relations initiatives.
