What you’ll do

We are looking for Senior QA QC Engineer to join our team in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitates the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets Corporate, location, and contractual requirements.
2. Manages project service and product verification and inspection of the project deliverables consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
3. Manages project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, management of change, audits and project quality reporting and review.

What you’ll have

1. Senior level position with advanced knowledge and a specialized depth or breadth of expertise, gaining a mastery of a single areas or multiple broader areas of specialization.
2. University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
3. Typically, 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Senior Project Engineer.
4. Plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has ability to lead project teams. May participate in cross-functional collaboration.
5. Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Broad duties assigned at beginning of projects. Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas that impinge on work of other units. Work is reviewed to ensure policy conformity and soundness of approach. Informed guidance is available.
6. Able to lead functional project teams. May have direct reports. Will typically assign activities and regularly give job-related guidance to department staff as a senior advisor.
7. Strong ability to Inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
8. Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
