What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley.
2. Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders. Bridges the technical gap between the Project Manager and Engineers. Often functions as assistant project manager with an engineering background. Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by helping with design interpretation.
3. Reviews bill of materials/project schedules/forecasts for accuracy. This role would apply to those with an engineering background.

What you’ll have

1. University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
2. Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).
3. Typically 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Senior Project Engineer.
4. In-depth experience and knowledge of project engineering of subsea systems (subsea, umbilical, riser, flowline) in deepwater projects for any project phases (tender, design, construction, testing, and installation).
5. Experience in FEED; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
6. Capability to support and coordinate troubleshooting solutions in engineering and project execution for subsea equipment.
7. Able to define the project execution plan for the project.
8. Capability on safety in design of the facilities compliant with the company policies and international standards & regulations.
9. Experience in overall coordination and consistency of project activities: coordination of interfaces, overall control and support of project schedule and project costs, preparation of budget.
10. Experience to prepare close-out reports and lesson learnt sessions for all work executed in the project.
11. Capability to coordinate with Company and other entities of the project.
12. Experience to ensure accurate reporting of activities.
13. Able to maintain good relationships with internal and external parties.
14. Able to support and mentor less experienced team members.
