As a Lead Project Control & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating a sound overall technical understanding across oil and gas disciplines and combining this with good management skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of twenty (20) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and at least fifteen (15) years in FEED and EPC phases of upstream and/or downstream oil and gas projects, such as refinery, LNG, FPSO, and SURF.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and overseeing aspects of the project.
• Demonstrating a sound technical understanding across oil and gas disciplines with good management skills.
• Collaborating successfully to execute complex engineering projects.

What you’ll have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum twenty (20) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in FEED and EPC phases of upstream/downstream projects.
• Minimum ten (10) years in project controls or planning.
• Knowledge of project controls functions in oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• At least two (2) positions as Lead/Senior Project Controls or Planning on relevant projects.
• Proven record in cost control, reporting, planning, and scheduling for complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with project control systems and procedures.
