What you’ll do

We are looking for a Permit Coordinator to join our team in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination of project permit plans, contractual permit plan arrangements, permit plan schedules, permit plan identification activities, and permit plan milestones in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Local authorities.
  2. Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders. Bridges the technical gap between the Project Manager and Engineers related to project permit requirements. Often functions as assistant project manager with an engineering background. Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by helping with design interpretation.
What you’ll have
  1. Typically 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Permit Coordinator.
  2. Experience in liaising with government agencies in relation to permit and licensing matters.
  3. Knowledge of the permitting processes to manage permit acquisition in regional and international water corridors.
  4. Experience in FEED; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
  5. Good understanding of subsea projects deliverables and timelines.
  6. Able to support and develop the permits and licenses required on each phase of the project/countries of operation with reference to Supplier Plan of Work.
  7. Knowledge and experience on the application and approval of necessary permits and licenses before the commencement of Subsea production activities.
  8. Manage all permits and licenses register, closely monitoring and identifying any risks or issues that may impact the project scope of work in Indonesia region.
  9. Able to work closely with project stakeholders and support to provide regular updates on the management of permits and licenses register.
  10. Knowledgeable to ensure compliance with relevant permitting and licensing laws and regulations.
  11. Capability to monitor, follow up, and document any requirements from authorities during the planning, implementation, and operational phases.
