We’re looking for a Lead Project Engineer (Contract Based) to join our Indonesia team.

As Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the effective execution of the project.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least ten (10) years of technical project engineering and services on oil & gas projects, particularly in cost estimating, control, scheduling in design, and fabrication.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and overseeing the effective execution of the project, including scope/deliverables management, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and cost control.
  2. Demonstrating a sound technical understanding across oil and gas disciplines, combined with strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively on complex engineering projects.
What you’ll have
  • Experience in executing Front End Engineering Design (FEED) projects and detailed designs.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering-related field.
  • At least fifteen (15) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of ten (10) years in technical project engineering and services, especially in cost estimating, control, scheduling, design, and fabrication.
  • Experience in a similar role in SURF & Pipeline projects during Pre-FEED and FEED phases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with superior planning and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering design work processes and project control processes to ensure proper execution.
