We’re looking for a Senior Flow Assurance Engineer (Contract Based) to join our Indonesia team.

As Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing the flow assurance on upstream subsea pipeline system facilities.

What you’ll do

The role responsibilities include:

1. Performing the flow assurance on upstream subsea pipeline system facilities by reviewing the design concepts, design criteria and specifications, building the model and performing analysis, calculations and implementing government regulations as well as industrial codes and practices in order to satisfy COMPANY requirements.

What you’ll have

1. Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering related field, and ideally be professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body.
2. Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry.
3. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the flow assurance discipline with familiarity with gas surface and subsurface production facilities.
4. Experience in performing single phase steady-state flow modeling to size gas and/or water injection systems and pipelines.
5. Experience in performing steady-state multi-phase fluid modeling to design production systems, including functional requirements for artificial lift and/or thermal insulation.
6. Experience in transient, multiphase fluid modeling to assess thermal and hydraulic transients during production rate changes, turndown, startup, shutdown, and blow-down; including flow line and riser slugging, cool-down, and warm-up.
7. Use of modeling and/or laboratory analysis to predict and assess solid formation, deposition, bedding and/or blockage behavior for hydrates, sand, wax, scale, asphaltenes, and other solids.
8. Ability to characterize and understand hydrocarbon fluid properties and can evaluate alternatives, perform economic analyses, and identify cost-effective solutions.
9. A thorough knowledge of the relevant Industry codes and standards is required.
10. Candidate shall demonstrate capability in Pre-FEED, FEED and/or EPCI by listing up the experienced project names and Project Phases of Pre-FEED, FEED and EPCI.
