We’re looking for a Field Engineer (Electrical) to join our team.

As a Field Engineer (Electrical) , you will be responsible for providing discipline specific in electrical engineering services to Worley and its clients, and technical support and supervision within the discipline and to other disciplines.
To succeed in this role, you should have Bachelor degree (or higher) in Engineering (or related) with a m inimum of 7-10 years’ experience a Field Engineer or similar role.

What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Field Engineer (Electrical) to join our team.
The role responsibilities include:
Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
Monitoring the construction Contractor’s planning and work, and advising the Contract Administrator on Contractor’s requests for information (RFI) and the field work instruction (FWI) procedures during construction.
Interpret and analyze engineering designs, blueprints, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management system.
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Ensure construction work conforms to applicable specifications, codes, and standards.
Promote interdisciplinary communications on projects.
Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of completed construction tasks to ensure they align with design specifications and meet high-quality standards.
Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.
Mentoring and supervision of construction supervisors.
