As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of discipline engineering, ensuring all designs comply with work requirements and adhere to safe and industry standards within the gas sector.

To succeed, you should have a minimum of twenty (20) years of oil and gas engineering experience, with around fifteen (15) years in offshore pipeline projects.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design effort and coordination of discipline engineering, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensuring safe working practices are followed personally and in designs, using Worley's framework.
  • Maintaining the technical integrity of the team through working methods, tools, quality assurance, and peer reviews.
  • Managing engineering scopes within tight schedules.
What you’ll have
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least twenty (20) years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with fifteen (15) years in offshore pipeline projects, including ten (10) years in engineering management of such projects.
  • Experience with FEED and EPC detail engineering for large bore and deepwater pipelines; CO2 pipeline experience is a plus.
