Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Electrical Design professional in Jakarta to review layouts, ensure compliance with design bases, and coordinate interfaces for HV/EHV substations. You will contribute to quality drawings and cross-team collaboration with a focus on delivering robust electrical infrastructure.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical design/drafting for HV/EHV substations or power infrastructure.
• Experience with 500kV substation drawings is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Ability to review design drawings from an Owner’s Engineer checking perspective.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical layouts, equipment arrangements, cable routing drawings, grounding drawings, lighting layouts, panel layouts, and installation details.
• Check drawing consistency against electrical design basis, SLDs, specifications, and multidisciplinary interface requirements.
• Support mark-ups, drawing review comments, and comment close-out tracking.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil/structural, telecom, I&C, and transmission line teams to confirm drawing interfaces.
