As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Client's Contracting Policies and Procedures and ensuring they understand and apply the Worley quality management system.

To succeed in this role, you should have tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or similar, with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in contract management.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in Indonesia. The role responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain integrity of Client's Contracting Policies and Procedures
  2. Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management system.
  3. Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.
  4. Assist all aspects of the Contracting and Procurement process including but not limited to pre-qual, tender, document preparation, award, variation, and post contract administration.
  5. Liaise with other disciplines as required such as Legal, Project Management, Project Services, Engineering in reviewing and recommending Claims resolutions.
  6. Advise Project Cost controllers on updated financial information for budget and/or cost control purposes.
  7. Lead negotiations with Contractors to successful conclusions.
  8. Handle all Commercial, Contractual and Legal issues.
  9. Participate in contractual and/or commercial audits as required.
  10. Oversee the administration of the construction contracts in accordance with established project, procedures and processes.
  11. Arrange close-out of contracts, including settlement of claims, if required.
What you’ll have
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or similar.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in contract management.
  • Prior experience in the PMC Project is advantageous.
  • A successful track record in tendering and contract management.
  • Experience in Indonesian project or PMC Project is preferable.
  • Experience in EPCI projects, Greenfield, brownfield, Onshore and Offshore Projects.
