Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced individual to drive export sales and coordinate international marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role and a strong background in analytical thinking and customer satisfaction. This position requires working from the head office in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • Graduated minimum bachelor’s degree on any majors.
  • Have experienced minimum 2 years in the same position.
  • Having experience in the FMCG industry is high preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the achievement of export sales targets and conducting analysis of foreign markets to increase sales.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments or external agencies for OEM/private label processes.
  • Receiving and processing Purchase Orders from customers.
  • Monitoring the sales admin’s work processes.
  • Ensuring timely distribution and delivery of export sales products.
  • Reporting work updates to the Export Manager.

  • Willing to WFO at Head Office (Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta).
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the achievement of export sales targets and conducting analysis of foreign markets to increase sales and export area coverage.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments or external (agencies, etc) for the OEM/private label product processes that will be marketed internationally.
  • Receiving and processing Purchase Orders (PO) from customers and monitoring the sales admin’s work processes.
  • Ensuring the smooth distribution and delivery of all administration and export sales products has been carried out accurately and on time.
  • Updating the latest information regarding rates, licenses, export import restrictions and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Reporting work updates to the Export Manager in seeking potential new customers from abroad.
