Job description

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Manage the entire export sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, closing deals, and shipment arrangements.

Collaborate with internal teams such as PPIC, logistics, and finance to streamline export processes.

Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.

Prepare accurate monthly reports of all export sales transactions and logistics activities.

Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and sales teams.

Perform any ad-hoc duties related to sales assignments from superiors.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in export sales or support, either in manufacturing or forwarding companies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Good command of English.

Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan.
